Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by performing thorough testing and identifying issues before release. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications to identify bugs and performance issues.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.

• Work closely with the development team to identify, report, and track defects.

• Review and analyze project requirements to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

• Continuously improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Provide detailed and clear feedback to developers regarding defects and enhancements.

• Maintain thorough documentation of test results and communicate findings effectively to the team.

• Ensure timely delivery of software releases with minimal defects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in software quality assurance or a related field.

• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools is a plus.
